Cloney, this is so beautiful! I\'m so glad it grew on you, because it\'s really an incredibly photograph. It\'s so classic and mysterious. I absolutely love the color...the red is so rich and fits the piece perfectly. I also like that it\'s not a typical shade of red that one might get from manipulating the image; it\'s just a perfect, warm color.
I still don\'t understand how you\'re so good at lighting! The glow coming from the lower left is so amazing. I can\'t figure out how you managed to do that without overexposing other parts of the photo, but it looks fantastic! The shadows it creates are beautiful, as well. I love that the shadows are soft and curvy, and the way it fades darker at the very top.
Although I do love the ones that show your face, the sillhouette is gorgeous too! It looks very elegant and bold. It reminds me of those Victorian silhouette thingies...the ones on the chokers and stuff...crap I can\'t remember what they\'re called. But you know what I mean.
The mirror is just perfect for this! It\'s so ornate and fancy. I think one of my favorite things about this is that you can\'t see your reflection in the mirror (not that your reflection doesn\'t kick ass ). It makes it sort of surreal and it actually suits your title and description even better that way!
The composition is perfect, as you must already know! I just love the negative space. That doesn\'t usually work for most photos, but in this piece, it just makes it all the better. I think it\'s so awesome how the wall keeps extending upwards like it\'s never going to end. Your clothes and seating position are fantastic too. I still think you look like a ballerina; it may be because of the shirt and the hair. Again, I can\'t say this enough, the whole thing is just so elegant!
Beautiful work, Cloney! I\'m sorry this comment doesn\'t do it justice, because it really is such a fantastic piece! I\'m really glad you submitted it!

Wow... beautiful And mysterious, and eerie, and kind of something else that I can't quite place. I have a headache, and as such I can't comment too good right now, so I'll just say the lighting is really nice, and I like how everything just disappears at the edged. and mirroe is a nice touch, for sure ^^ I like how you [that's you, right?] are touching the mirror. Again, very nice work ^^

I'm glad I looked in today, Taylor, this is a wonderful piece. Your eye is, as always, sharp and wise. All the things macro said are on the button... I noticed the hidden face, and that makes this even more amazing. Beautiful job T.

Very beautiful and moving picture. I often wonder if we need a mirror to know ourselves or if we should just place our hand over our heart and feel what we truly are .
